Mr. Mackie has 20 years of hydrogeologic and technical oversight experience including project management and supervision of hydrogeologic field investigations/engineering studies, remediation activities and cost analysis of remedial actions at RCRA,CERCLA, and State sites and has specialized in fractured bedrock projects.
