The Lake Package for MODFLOW allows for simulation of lakes using MODFLOW, the USGS groundwater flow simulation program. Developed by GeoTrans engineer Greg Council, the Lake Package calculates lake water level changes in response to environmental stresses such as underground mining and wellfield development.
