GeoTrans conducts plant level opportunity assessments to identify, evaluate, and prioritize plant operations that have the potential to yield quantified cost savings through implementation of improvements. Recommended improvements could include changes to plant layout and logistics, material use and operating practices, energy and waste management, employee training, and plant maintenance procedures. Performed activities include:

• Plant-level review of work processes, material through-put, and resource management uses and practices
• Records review of purchases and associated costs to identify opportunities for cost savings,
• Collaborative interaction with customers and plant management to refine approaches to address identified opportunities for improvement.
